What will I receive each month?
Each month you’ll receive either three (3) premium cigars or in very limited circumstances two (2) cigars for special “Super Premium” brands (such as Diamond Crown or Montecristo).
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged on the 1st day of each month.
How much is the monthly membership fee?
Effective June 1st, 2022, the membership fee for the Cigar Dave Officers Club will increase to $25.95 per month. We have maintained our current membership fee for over 10 years. However, the escalating inflationary costs over the past year necessitated this pricing change.
When will the Officers Club Monthly Selection of cigars be shipped?
Your cigars will be shipped between the 15th and 20th of each month. Expect to receive your Officers Club Monthly Selection by the 25th of each month. Occasionally, there are times when the Officers Club Monthly Selection is shipped toward the end of the month. This may be due to customs delays, cigars requiring additional aging, or other circumstance beyond our control.

Can I choose the cigar brands and size/shape I like?
No. Cigar Dave in conjunction with various cigar manufacturers will select the cigars in the Officers Club Monthly Selection.
What is the term of membership in the Officers Club?
Membership in Cigar Dave’s Officers Club is on a month-to-month basis. No long-term subscriptions or memberships are offered at this time.
What is the cancellation policy of Cigar Dave’s Officers Club?
You may cancel anytime, with your cancellation taking effect prior to the next billing cycle on the 1st of the month.
For example, if you cancel on March 3rd, you would still receive your Officers Club Monthly Selection for March, since your credit card would have been billed on March 1st. You would not be billed effective with the April 1st billing cycle.

What is the Refund and Return policy?
Simple. No refunds. Only cigars damaged in transit or missing will be replaced. In the event you do not like the cigars in a particular Monthly Selection, no credits or refunds will be issued.

Who should join?
Since there will be cigars in various strength levels during the course of a year, only cigar connoisseurs seeking a variety of tastes and strength-levels should join. If you only enjoy a certain type of wrapper, or one particular type of Cigar strength, you should not join Cigar Dave’s Officers Club.
What age must I be in order to become a member of Cigar Dave’s Officers Club?
Membership in the Officers Club is limited to Adults 21 years of age and Older.
I live outside the United States, may I join Cigar Dave’s Officers Club?
No. Only residents of the United States may join the Officers Club.
I’m in the military and receive mail via an APO Address. Am I able to join Cigar Dave’s Officers Club?
Yes. Since APO or other military type of postal addresses are considered to be addresses in the United States, you may join the Officers Club.
What is the time limit to request a re-shipment for damaged or missing cigars?
Sixty (60) Days from the date the Monthly Selection was shipped. For example, if the Monthly selection was shipped on March 15th, all re-shipment requests or inquiries must be made by May 15th.
All re-shipment requests MUST be made by calling MEMBER SERVICE at (866) 633-9923.
E-mails, faxes or calls to any other number besides the Member Service number listed above will not be accepted for any re-shipment request.
What is the best (and only) method to contact the Officers Club?
The only method to contact Member Services for all member inquiries, account changes, address changes, credit card changes, or cancellations is via phone to MEMBER SERVICES AT (866) 633-9923.
E-mails, faxes or calls to any other number besides the Member Service number listed above will not be accepted for any of the aforementioned account issues.
- The Officers Club program may be terminated at anytime by the Cigar Dave Show.
- The Officers Club reserves the right to terminate any member’s account at anytime.
- The Officers Club’s only liability in the event of damaged or missing cigars shall be limited to the value of the monthly membership, with a sixty (60) day limitation in effect as described above.
