The Obama Administration has lifted the $100 limit on the amount of cigars and rum a citizen can bring back to the US as long as they are for personal use. Cuban cigars and rum will now be treated like any other item purchased overseas but normal limits on duty and tax exemptions still apply. This is a slap to the face of American corporations and cigar manufacturers.
