Earlier this month I had the chance to sit down with Luke Davidson of Maine Craft Distilling to begin our celebration of Bourbon Heritage Month and all American spirits. We got a tour of their operation, sampled some great spirits including their Gins, Rums and Bourbons and learned how it’s all made.
