- ¼ lbs. sliced smoked ham
- ¼ lbs. sliced Swiss cheese
- 1 lbs. Smoked Polska Kielbasa
- 1 loaf Cuban or French bread
- Thinly sliced dill pickles
- Yellow mustard (Weber’s)
- Wing Sauce (Anchor Bar)
- Melted butter
Slice the kielbasa in half lengthwise then slice each half through the middle. Grill over medium
heat for 10 minutes basting with the wing sauce. Remove from the grill.
Slice brad in half. Spread mustard on the inside of each half. Layer the pickles, ham, Swiss and
kielbasa. Brush the top and bottom with the melted butter. Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil and
place back on the grill.
Using a brick or cast iron pan, press down on one side of the loaf for about 3 minutes. Flip the
loaf and press again.
Unwrap cut into quarters and serve.
