Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. Pastrami
- ¼ lb. Swiss Cheese
- Rye Bread
- ½ lb. Sauerkraut
- Russian Dressing
Preparation:
- Grill pastrami on grill topper for 5 minutes and remove
- Add sauerkraut to one slice of bread
- Mound pastrami on topTop with cheese, place on the grill & cover grill to melt the cheese
- Spread dressing on rye bread top with second slice of bread
Makes four sandwiches
