1/2 lb. Bacon
Brown Sugar, for dredging
1 package Bittersweet Chocolate Chips (60% cacao)
1 14oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 Tbs Butter
1/4 tsp. Ground Chipotle
Preheat oven to 350. Dredge both sides of bacon in brown sugar. Cook until just done and the sugar has caramelized. Transfer to a wire rack to cool. Meanwhile, heat the remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium low heat until completely melted and glossy. Remove from heat.
Chop up bacon and fold into melted mixture, reserving some for the top. Pour mixture into an 8″x 8″ pan lined with parchment. Gently press remaining bacon pieces onto the top. Refrigerate a few hours or until set.
