VINIFICATION: Fermentation takes place until the wine reaches 5% alcohol. The grape’s natural sugar content is then preserved through refrigeration which gives the wine its nuanced sweetness and aromatic profile.
COLOR: Straw yellow with golden reflections.
BOUQUET: Intense scents of orange blossoms, honeysuckle and peaches.
PALATE: Delicate, semi-sweet with subtle notes of ripe pear and apple with a long finish.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Excellent throughout the meal, but especially with desserts, mild to semi aged cheeses or fresh fruit. Also delicious with ice cream, or just on its own as an accompaniment to conversation among friends
