Baked Garlic Parmesan Buffalo Wings

These are not your traditional Buffalo Wings!


  • Chicken Wings
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese


In a fry pan melt the butter with olive oil.  Toss in garlic powder, salt, Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese.

Put chicken wings on cookie sheet and spray with olive oil spray, salt and pepper on both sides. Roast at 450 degrees for 20-30 minutes, or until skin is crispy. Toss in the butter/oil mixture in fry pan till coated. Sprinkle additional parm cheese on top.

* Can also toss wings in franks red hot sauce or BBQ sauce depending on preference.
