- Grilled Gator Kebabs – Gator Tenderloin Skewers, grilled and basted with Chipotle Barbecue Sauce served with a side of Butcher Dave’s Famous Smoked Mac & Cheese
- Smoked Vegan Grenades – Large russet potato stuffed with deer sausage, wrapped in bacon then smoked
- Buffalo Wing Grilled Cheese Sandwiches – Grilled Buffalo Chicken on the griddle with cheddar and blue cheese
